He has experience as a teacher of 10 years, in Plant Pathology, Microbiology, virology, Nematology and Seed Pathology. He has 19 years experience in Research and has published 21 research papers. He also has managerial experience (10 years) in managing Agricultural / Horticultural Farms. He has written 54 Marathi articles, 3 Marathi Bulletins. He has delivered 60 talks on agricultural topics on Radio and presented 5 programmes on Doordarshan. He has been honoured by All India Radio Sangli for writing excellent lessons for farm School on air Programme on betelvine.
