Worked in each post of hierarchy in Agriculture University from junior most post of Agriculture Officer to the highest post of Vice Chancellor. He has teaching experience in Agriculture University for 33 years.
He also has experience in Private Sector of 9 years as Consultant, Chief Executive and Managing Director.
He has several years' experience in management of large Agriculture College Farms. He is actively associated with various publications on agriculture like:
- Journal of Indian Society of Agronomy
- Adarsh Sheti Udyog
- Sheti-Bhati
- Shetkari
He has written 16 books. He is a recipient of J R Kadam Krishi Sahitya, Paritoshik from Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad. He has delivered 104 radio talks on All India Radio and also Television Interviews.
